How to Care for Others Without Losing Yourself

The emotional exhaustion many hospice nurses experience—and what actually helps.

Wednesday, May 20th - 4:30 pm PT

You love your work. You care deeply about your patients and their families. You show up every day because what you do matters.

But lately, you may feel like you’re carrying more than anyone realizes.

The emotional weight. The responsibility. The grief. The constant giving. And somehow you’re expected to keep functioning as if none of it affects you.

If you”re feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or like you’re running on empty, this free masterclass was created for you.

In This Free Masterclass You’ll Discover:

✅ Why many compassionate hospice and palliative care nurses feel emotionally depleted—even when they still love their work

✅ The hidden emotional patterns that keep caregivers stuck in survival mode

✅ Why traditional self-care advice often falls short in high-emotional-load environments

✅ A more sustainable approach to supporting yourself without adding another impossible routine to your life

✅ The framework I teach inside The Empowered Nurse Program to help nurses feel supported, grounded, and less alone

This Is For You If…

✓ You feel emotionally exhausted after work

✓ You struggle to leave difficult cases behind

✓ You spend so much time caring for others that you’ve lost touch with what you need

✓ You love nursing but aren’t sure how to keep doing it sustainably

✓ You want support from someone who truly understands the realities of hospice and palliative care

You don’t need another To-do list

Most nurses don’t need another self-care checklist.

They don’t need someone telling them to wake up earlier, meditate longer, or squeeze one more thing into an already full day.

They need support.

Connection.

Understanding.

And practical tools that fit inside real nursing life.

That’s exactly what we’ll explore together during this free training.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

I spent more than 40 years as a nurse, including 17 years in hospice and palliative care.

Throughout my career, I experienced firsthand both the incredible meaning and the emotional demands of this work.

I learned that burnout isn’t always about working too many hours.

Sometimes it’s about carrying too much emotional weight for too long without enough support.

That realization eventually led me to create Nurturing Nurses and The Empowered Nurse Program.

Today I help hospice and palliative care nurses recover their emotional capacity, reconnect with themselves, and continue doing meaningful work without losing who they are in the process.
